Biological Decoding - Body Communication

Biological Decoding is a non-invasive, non-toxic therapy that allows us to release the physical, mental and emotional blocks in our body.

Biological Decoding is a modality of emotional therapy that allows us to see how we experienced the problems that have arisen in our path through the symptoms that we express, our mental blocks and/or the physical limitations in our life. It enables us to comprehend why we are stuck in some experience or situation and understand how to get out of it avoiding repetition or staying identified with it, thus getting further involved with the program.

A symptom appears as a response to a particular necessity of the body. Each type of conflict or problem will be expressed in a specific organ because the stress needs to be externalized. The pathologies and the limitations that we experience are not against us, on the contrary, they are elements that help us to understand the ecosystem in which we live, and our symptoms help us to resolve conflicts. According to Biological Decoding, our body is always on our side.

Biological Decoding is about learning to speak the language of the body. Each symptom is a word in this language and has a function. According to the function that the symptom is fulfilling, biological decoding practitioners guide the person through their life experiences to find out when the symptom appeared as a solution to a problem experienced by the organism.

It is important to understand that emotions that are not properly processed or expressed, or that are repressed, will generate a considerable amount of stress inside our organism.

We help people to release stress, give them new tools and help them revise the structure and the way they live life. After locating the stressful event (BioShock) we support and guide the person through their corporal sensations so that they can connect with their own body and release the accumulated stress.

Our focus is on integrative body communication through the Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI), also referred to as psychoendoneuroimmunology (PENI) or psychoneuroendocrinoimmunology (PNEI) and Biological decoding.

Our brain can’t distinguish between events that are real, symbolic, virtual or imaginary, this means that we can process events from the past and the present and project them into the future.

Biological Decoding requires the understanding of a new paradigm of illness as well as learning to give supportive integrative and holistic emotional therapy that respects the rhythm of each person and their particular needs.

We listen to each patient to find out how events are experienced and which situations could have generated stress. Once the stress is identified, we help to channel it respectfully, in line with the needs of our body.

Biological Decoding can tell us how the soul is crying according to the information given by the symptom.

Biological Decoding has a completely different concept of illness; in this case the symptoms are considered to be produced by an emotional conflict. The first Biological Law states that a symptom appears as a result of a situation of biological shock. This is an unexpected, dramatic, isolating situation, without solution and that is not expressed. This experience is conditioned by our initial programs or memory traces; this means that we react to situations according to what we’ve learnt from our previous life experiences. These past experiences can be found in our childhood, birth, pregnancy, conception or even be inherited from our ancestors.

The biological shock is like an instant in which a lightening flash hits our psyche and goes straight through our mind, our brain and our entire body. It is an instant in which the experience is so horrible that it produces total confusion, it can be almost as if the person experiencing it loses their mind for an instant.

Why we speak about biological shock instead of psychological shock

Because biological shocks are not due to psychological problems, conscious conflicts won’t generate a symptom. Biological shock situations in nature are completely real. All animals can experiment with dramatic, unexpected circumstances that have no solution.

Understanding in order to heal

The emotional states that we experiment such as bad moods, dejection or despair, eventually take their toll. We’ve all experienced a conflict and then felt ill afterwards:

  • “I get angry with my mother and afterwards I have a stomach ache”.

  • “I don’t like my job and my back aches when I go to bed”.

  • “I had a bad argument with my partner and now my throat aches and my voice is hoarse”.

  • “I go to visit my parents and then I go home with a bad cold or flu”.

When we experience a conflict, our brain interprets it as a situation of danger and a high amount of stress is generated. Illness is a natural mechanism to restore the lost balance.

The characteristics of the symptom will depend on how we experience the conflict that is producing stress. If we understand the relationship between stress and the symptom, then we’ll be able to release it and reach wellbeing.

However, in order to reach wellbeing, first we have to learn to listen to our body to know if we’re living the way we want to live. The aim of Biological Decoding is to understand in order to heal.
